Warrenty
I. Warranty Coverage
- Main Unit: This warranty applies to the hunting trail camera main unit you purchased, providing a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- Accessories: The solar panel, strap, and SD card included with the main unit are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
II. Warranty Services
Under normal use, for malfunctions caused by material or workmanship defects, we will provide the following warranty services:
- Free Repair: We will repair or replace defective components free of charge.
- Product Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of the same model or equivalent value.
III. The Following Situations Are Not Covered by the Warranty:
- Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: dropping, crushing, water immersion, fire, etc.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Malfunctions caused by the use of non-original accessories or consumables.
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery aging, shell scratches, etc.).
- Products beyond the warranty period.
IV. Warranty Process
- If your product malfunctions, please bring the valid proof of purchase and the product to our authorized service center.
- Our staff will inspect the product and determine if it qualifies for warranty service.
- For products that qualify for warranty service, we will provide repair or replacement services as soon as possible.
V. Other Terms
- Our company reserves the final right to interpret this warranty.
